Challenge: The annual VRG event is an opportunity for all global offices to come together and discuss future plans. The week-long event is highly anticipated and noted for taking place at exciting international destinations. For the first time in 25 years the event would be virtual.
Solution: Develop a theme and visual identity for the virtual event. Connection > Distance. A commemorative logo, video invitations, custom Zoom backgrounds, and event kits helped build anticipation and provide unique ways to interact with the virtual event.
