Bringing fast & friendly to the car wash business

An established brand in Car Care, Take 5 had enjoyed great success with it’s quick, stay-in-your-car oil changes. Promising and delivering fast & friendly service, it was only natural to pivot toward external car care with the creation of Take 5 Car Wash.

Bachman worked closely with Take 5 to understand their goals and deliver quality consumer experiences for this new product. Drawing from the Take 5 “fast & friendly” model, we developed a connecting brand that paired well with the existing Take 5 Oil Change brand. We developed easy to understand assets that made the user experience easy to navigate and understand. Providing social media promotion with targeted digital and print campaigns, we were able to establish the Take 5 Car Wash identity and create an ease of use that customers continue to utilize and enjoy.
